The friendly staff went above and beyond, even locating my lost car keys, which truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by the spacious single room, which featured a beautifully designed sitting area where I could unwind and enjoy the sea view. The thoughtful touches, such as an electric kettle for my evening tea and a flat-screen TV for relaxation, added a comforting home-like feel to my stay. With its perfect location near the seafront, impressive amenities, and attentive service, the Diamond Hotel has undoubtedly become my go-to accommodation, and I eagerly anticipate my return.
